Evans さんの本に収録されている論文のいくつかは拝読させていただいておりましたが、本自体は持っていなかったので購入。なお、私の場合、論文を読んだことと、論文の内容を十分理解したこととは同値ではございません。
Aristotle の modal logic は混乱していて、今まで救出困難と思われてきたようですが、上記の Malink 先生は Aristotle の modal logic に整合的な model を与えて、Aristotle をこの窮地から何とか救い出そうとしています。ただし、仮に整合性が確保できたとしても、Aristotle の modal logic に対する解釈が、かなり複雑になってしまうという代償は負わねばならないようですが…。

von Plato 先生が書評をされている本の英訳 title は、'The Silence of the Sirens: Ancient Greek Mathematics' のようです。文献学的観点から古典ギリシア期の数学が、普通に抱かれている姿から、どのように異なっているかが論じられている本のようです。Aristotle の syllogistic も論じられているみたいです。
Cameron 先生が評されている本は、周藤多紀先生のご高著です。
